chocolate chip cookies

easiest and fastest cookies for that late night sweets craving!

quantities for about 12 cookies

ingredients


  • flour of choice: 230g
  • sugar (cane or regular): 90g
  • baking powder: 3g
  • vegetable oil of choice (best if sunflower seed): 70g
  • plant-based milk: 45g
  • dark chocolate: 60g
  • salt

feel free to substitute half or all the chocolate with nuts such as walnuts or almonds

pro tip: we always double the ingredients because these are SO GOOD they’re not going to last long

procedure


  1. preheat the oven at 200°C.

  2. mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. add the rughly chopped chocolate.

  4. pour in the wet ingredients and mix everything well together with a spoon.

  5. form your little cookies and place them on a baking sheet.

  6. pop them in the oven and cook them for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven and on how soft you like your cookies to be.

  7. enjoy with your favorite people!
