quantities for 4 portions
ingredients
- tomatoes: 8
- cucumber: 1
- red bell pepper: 1/2
- onion: 1/2
- garlic: 1-2 cloves
- basil to garnish
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
procedure

roughly dice all the veggies.

blend them all together until you reach a very smooth texture.

add basil and extra-virgin olive oil to garnish.

serve with bread (preferably toasted) and enjoy its freshness on a hot summer day!
