gazpacho

our version of the perfect spanish summer dish, full of raw veggies, fresh and tasty!

quantities for 4 portions

ingredients


  • tomatoes: 8
  • cucumber: 1
  • red bell pepper: 1/2
  • onion: 1/2
  • garlic: 1-2 cloves
  • basil to garnish
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

procedure


  1. roughly dice all the veggies.

  2. blend them all together until you reach a very smooth texture.

  3. add basil and extra-virgin olive oil to garnish.

  4. serve with bread (preferably toasted) and enjoy its freshness on a hot summer day!
