tofu chocolate mousse
sweets tofu protein+ ultrafast glutenfree
quantities for 2 portions
ingredients
- dark chocolate: 70g
- silken tofu: 170g
- sugar/any other sweetener (optional): 1 tablespoon
- nuts or fresh fruit to garnish (optional)
procedure
- 
    melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and let it cool down. 
- 
    with a blender, blend the silken tofu until it becomes a smooth cream. 
- 
    gradually add the melted chocolate, and the sugar if needed (we don’t even add any, it depends on your taste!) continuing to blend. you should get a mousse-like texture. 
- 
    transfer your mousse into cups and let it rest in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes. 
- 
    garnish your mousse with nuts or fresh fuit and enjoy!
