ingredients
- large black bananas: 3
- sunflower oil or other seed oil: 70g
- sugar: 35g
- plain flour: 150g
- chickpeas flour 75g
- baking powder: 3 table spoons
- cinnamon: 3 tea spoons (optional)
- dried fruits or chopped nuts: 50g (optional)
procedure

heat oven to 200C static or 180C with fan.

mix all the ingredients one by one in a blender, in the order: starting with bananas and finishing with chopped nuts.

pour the the mix in an oiled, lined loaf tin.

cook for 20 minutes at 200C or 180C fan.
